Suzette Bray, LMFT, is a psychotherapist, author, consultant, and educator with more than 25 years of experience helping people manage emotional dysregulation and other complex clinical concerns. She has extensive experience with dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), borderline personality disorder, self-harm, trauma, and high-intensity treatment presentations and has developed and led mental health treatment programs serving adolescents and adults. Suzette provides continuing education and clinical training for mental health professionals, schools, treatment programs, and organizations, with an emphasis on translating evidence-based approaches into practical interventions clinicians can use immediately.
