Feeling overwhelmed or burned out? This CE training goes beyond self-care, offering practical tools to manage stress, reduce compassion fatigue, and strengthen resilience. Special focus is given to the experiences of BIPOC clinicians navigating microaggressions and systemic racism—helping you restore balance and enhance your clinical practice.

This continuing education course is for clinicians who feel overwhelmed with current events and burned out by the work they do. Attendees will be able to immediately implement skills learned to improve their clinical practice and overall well-being. This course will also address concerns related to BIPOC clinicians dealing with microaggressions and systemic racism, which also contribute to compassion fatigue.
