Livia Adia Budrys, LCSW, C-IAYT, SEP
Livia Adia Budrys, LCSW, C-IAYT, SEP, is a clinical social worker, yoga therapist, and organizational consultant with more than two decades of experience integrating somatic psychology, neurobiology, ecopsychology, and trauma recovery. In addition to extensive clinical and leadership expertise, she has completed advanced training and certification in applied ecopsychology, radical ecopsychology, and liberation psychology—frameworks that inform her depth-oriented, relational, and earth-based approach to healing. A national clinical leader, she has directed trauma, addiction, and mood-disorder programs across major treatment systems, including serving as Director of Trauma Services at Insight Behavioral Health Centers, Director at Eating Recovery Center, and most recently as Executive Director at The Meadows, where she oversaw clinical and operational systems for complex trauma and co-occurring disorders.
Livia is the founder of the Yoga-Informed Psychotherapy model and certification programs, and has trained clinicians nationwide in the integration of somatics, contemplative wisdom, and evidence-based psychotherapy to support healing at depth. A devoted yoga and meditation practitioner since 1999, she teaches clinicians how to weave somatic, experiential, ecopsychological, and polyvagal-informed practices into their work in ways that foster embodied skill, integrative psychotherapy, and ethical grounding.
As co-founder of BridgeLine Consulting, Livia partners with organizations and clinical leaders to strengthen their response to acuity and bridge the gap between outpatient treatment and higher levels of care. BridgeLine’s mission is to enhance clinical confidence, ethical decision-making, and the successful navigation of complex systems in times of uncertainty.
Known for her depth, presence, and ability to translate complex neurobiological and ecopsychological concepts into embodied understanding, Livia brings a rare fusion of clinical rigor, contemplative insight, ecological awareness, and organizational leadership to her teaching and consultation.
