Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is an emerging practice in our field, for outpatient psychotherapists, but also with theme specific groups, like hospice care and others facing medical crisis, trauma survivors, various diagnoses including depression, anxiety, OCD and addiction.
For clinicians interested in learning more about psychedelic assisted psychotherapy, this will provide an essential overview. Participants will learn how to support their clients doing work with ketamine in other settings, or for those interested, you will learn the steps for onboarding your practice.
Karen and Sophia are both KAP practitioners who run group outpatient psychotherapy practices offering KAP. They do lots of work and training together, have different styles and approaches to their work, and offer a vehicle for incorporating KAP into your own style, theoretical underpinnings and approach to your work.
