Discover the Healing Power of Polyvagal-Informed Therapy
Join this immersive 3-hour training that combines neuroscience, somatics, IFS, and trauma-informed care to help clients heal at their core. Learn how to work skillfully with dysregulation, deepen therapeutic presence, and create nervous system safety through practical, embodied tools you can use right away.
Therapists are increasingly seeking approaches that go beyond symptom reduction to foster deep, embodied healing. This immersive 3-hour training introduces participants to the transformative power of Polyvagal-Informed Therapy, integrating cutting-edge neuroscience with somatic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed principles. Guided by the science of the autonomic nervous system and informed by compassionate clinical application, this webinar explores how Polyvagal Theory enables therapists to understand clients’ internal states, relational patterns, and capacity for regulation. Participants will gain both conceptual and experiential tools to support healing at the root, where the nervous system meets the soul.  This training offers a practical and heart-centered framework for cultivating nervous system safety, enhancing therapeutic presence, and working skillfully with dysregulation, dissociation, and protective adaptations. Rooted in cultural humility and inclusive care, it honors the unique lived experiences of each client and therapist, acknowledging how systems, identity, and intergenerational patterns shape nervous system responses. Through experiential exercises, clinical examples, and embodied practices, participants will leave with integrative tools they can use immediately.
