fragmentation presents across the spectrum of dissociation.

IFS approach to protectors, exiles, and dissociative parts. Unblending, pacing, and consent in
trauma work.

How to weave IFS, EMDR, somatic interventions, and polyvagal-informed tools. Matching
techniques to client readiness and nervous system capacity.

11:45-12:15 pm – Neurobiology & Polyvagal Frameworks
Understanding the brain and nervous system in complex trauma and dissociation. Using this
knowledge to normalize experiences and guide interventions.

Guided practice integrating parts work and somatic tracking for stabilization and reconnection.
