  parts, inner conflict, and dissociative defenses in clients with complex trauma.
• Describe how to integrate IFS principles to effectively work with clients’ parts and nervous systems in preparation for trauma processing.
• Enhance safety in facilitating trauma processing and IFS unburdening steps with complex trauma
  populations.
