Angie Wood, PhD, LCSW

Angela “Angie” Wood is a licensed clinical social worker and clinical supervisor in Louisiana. She holds an MSW from Southern Illinois  University and a Ph.D. in social work from Tulane University. After 25  years in social work practice, she enjoys being a full-time social work faculty member and motivational interviewing trainer and consultant. She is also grateful to be a member of the Motivational Interviewing  Network of Trainers. In her spare time, she hangs out with her family and plays in a rock band with her husband and two other university professors.
